Lammi Sports Management Client Donald Driver participated in the Autographs for Education Program in Green Bay. The event is part of a nationwide program supporting community-based education organizations.

Lammi Sports Management would like to congratulate client Brad Johnson for becoming the only QB in the history of the NFL to complete 60% or more of his passes for nine straight seasons (Joe Montana & Steve Young are 2nd with eight straight seasons).

The Sports Illustrated NFL Preview had kind words for two Lammi Sports Management clients.  Both Najeh Davenport and Anthony Hargrove were listed as "Players on the Rise" in the magazine's annual football issue.  SI touted Davenport as a the best backup running back in the NFC and reminded readers that only Washington Redskin Clinton Portis averaged more yards per carry (5.49) than Davenport in 2003 (5.45).  Hargrove was chosen because despite being a rookie, SI reports that he has wowed the St. Louis Rams and the Rams feel that Hargrove "can be an immediate threat off the edge".

Lammi Sports Management has inked a deal for client Brad Johnson to participate in Sharpie's "Autographs For Education" program that benefits various  educational and youth initiatives.

Lammi Sports Management is pleased to announce the addition of Dan Cary to its team.  Cary, who was named General Manager, has spent the last 4 years in Sales and Marketing for SBC.  He has previous sports marketing experience with several companies including Nike and the NBA following his graduation from Marquette University in 1997.  Dan's role will be to continue to foster existing relationships as well as seek out new clients and events.

April 27, 2004

The 2004 NFL Draft weekend turned out very favorable for Lammi Sports Management's newest clients. In the third round of the draft, Derrick Hamilton was picked by the San Francisco 49ers and Tony Hargrove, defensive end from Georgia Tech, was drafted by the St. Louis Rams. Kevin Youngblood was signed as a free agent by the Atlanta Falcons.

February 23, 2004

Lammi Sports Management has signed Green Bay Packer running back Najeh Davenport, and projected 2004 NFL draftees Kevin Youngblood and Derrick Hamilton to exclusive marketing agreements that identify Lammi Sports Management as their representative for all marketing and charitable efforts.

Davenport was drafted by the Green Bay Packers in 2002. During the 2003 season, he led the Packers in average rushing yards with 5.5 yards per carry and had two touchdowns.

Kevin Youngblood and Derrick Hamilton were the starting receivers from Clemson University last season. Both players are predicted to make substantial impacts for the team that drafts them. Youngblood was the Comeback Player of the year and the Tangerine Bowl MVP in 2002. Hamilton made his mark in just three years at Clemson by securing the all-time record in receptions, kickoff returns and all-purpose yardage.
